Delivery
The delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:
As and from 13th June 2012, until advised otherwise, carriage on all Orders up to €39 euro will be €6.50, carriage on all Orders over €39 will be zero.
We normally expect your order to be delivered within 3 working days. We regret at present we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our staff physically checks all goods prior to despatch.
A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Union Chandlery Online will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Areas Covered
We are unable, at present, to accept online orders for delivery outside the island of Ireland.
RETURNS
Union Chandlery Online is happy to accept any product return, other than books and charts, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product, or incorrectly shipped). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct the Ulster Bank to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning Items by Post
If you need to return any items by post to the online store, please post them to the following address:

The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If we agree to provide you with a refund, we will instruct Ulster Bank to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
